HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will additionally receive a confirmation order when the item has shipped. You can also track your order manually under the ‘Track Order’ menu on our website.

I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All orders and shipping confirmations will be sent to the email address you have provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you feel like you haven’t received it. Please contact us if you encounter any further issues. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to Canada, United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We strive to provide the best delivery times at evenelle. However, delivery times vary depending on shipping location. Please allow processing times to take 24 to 72 hours.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER

Sometimes we want to change our minds. We get it! If the item has not been processed yet, we can fulfil your request. Please contact us right away if this happens.
